A little about me
I guide people back to themselves — one breath at a time.
After years of pushing through life changes, grief, and burnout, I discovered that the breath was the missing piece. Not as a quick fix, but as a way home. A way to feel safe in my own body again.
That journey led me to train as a Master Breathwork Teacher & Ice Bath Teacher with The Blissful Breath Academy in Ireland, alongside my background as a Movement Coach of 12+ years.
Through breathwork, I found enough inner safety to finally stop masking. At 40, I was late-diagnosed AuDHD — and for the first time, I could truly be myself.
Now I combine everything I've learned — the training, the practice, and the lived experience — to help you find your own way back. To calm. To clarity. To yourself.
I believe we have to take care of ourselves first. The more we accept who we are, find compassion for ourselves, and yes — fall in love with ourselves — the more we can truly hold space for others.
This work isn't about perfection. It's a daily practice. And it becomes more enjoyable the further you go.
