Guided Breathwork
Charlotte & Jamie are Master breathwork teachers, they have trained with the internationally accredited Blissful Breath Academy in Ireland. They are also under the mentorship programme - their training is ongoing.
The academy’s mission is simple - better breathing for everyone.
During a guided breathwork session, they will prepare you for breathing, to help to bring your body and mind to the session and start to help you to move away from the distractions of everyday life.
They will explain and expertly guide you through different breathwork techniques, that are right for you or the group you are with, to help you to consciously bring your attention to your breath.
They host both in person and online guided breathwork sessions, breathwork and ice bath sessions and also host day and full weekend retreats.

Ice Baths
Want to face the chaos of the ice bath - Charlotte and/or Jamie will first take you through a blissful breathwork session, then following a full explanation of how it works, plenty of group ‘horse stance’, you will head out to the ice bath - this is always optional, you must always listen to your body. If you choose to go in Charlotte/Jamie will guide you through finding your calm within the chaos. We go in for a good time - to use the ice as a force of good in our lives - we are not in for a long time.
They host ‘Embrace the ice’ sessions which is an opportunity to come and try the ice bath, expertly guided by Charlotte/Jamie and also ‘Self Care Sunday’ sessions, which start with breathwork, move to the ice bath and finish with tea and homemade cake.
Movement
Charlotte & Jamie are both strength & conditioning and movement coaches, with 10 years of industry experience, they can help you to get stronger, more mobile and help improve your overall health, fitness and wellbeing. With their holistic approach and knowledge of the mind, body and nervous system, they will help guide and train you in a sustainable way ensuring you are preparing yourself for your future as well as limiting your risk of injury now.

Head to Patreon to subscribe to our platform where you can access a variety of guided breathwork sessions - from beginners, to ‘grab & go’ sessions, 10 minute sessions, longer sessions, advanced sessions, sessions guided by Jamie, sessions for sleep and more. There is also movement videos if you want to do some movement on it’s own, or before breathwork. There is access to all my podcast episodes as well as ‘Patreon exclusive’ episodes. Alongside this there is a whole section on Animal Flow - where Charlotte teaches you if you’re a beginner or advanced - you will find tutorials, drills videos and flows. There is a small section on EFT to give you an insight into this and also a section where she shares some lighter/fun content, like her favourite bakes. “How was it?”, you ask. It was nothing less than beautifully delivered. The setting was peaceful, relaxed, welcoming and safe. The delivery was done in a way that everyone had an opportunity to speak during the EFT part (if they so wished) without being judged, to acknowledge their emotions, to feel their feelings, and to share with all (again, if they so wished). The breathwork part was very powerful. Your voice was kind yet assertive, and the background music was beautiful and at a volume that allowed me to clearly hear your guidance. I liked that we had the opportunity to chat to others at the end. On a personal level, I felt respected, heard, acknowledged, and supported all the way. I left with open wounds (they needed to be opened) but also with the clarity needed to heal them. And for that, I am very grateful to you.”

“A wonderful experience yesterday at the day retreat. Breathing, Ice-bath, mindful walk and Yoga.
Charlotte’s approach is always caring and mindful to everyone’s needs, without judgement.
We started off with a fantastic breathing session and then we bravely conquered the ice-bath, we were then rewarded with a lovely mindful walk taking in the sounds and sights of nature in silence. To finish off the day we had a Restorative Yoga session. If you get a chance to join in the next one, I cannot recommend it enough. Oh! and also a delicious healthy lunch!”
