Guided Breathwork
Charlotte and Jamie are Master Breathwork Teachers, trained with the internationally accredited Blissful Breath Academy in Ireland — where the mission is simple: better breathing for everyone.
In a guided session, they'll help you arrive — settling your body and mind, moving away from the distractions of everyday life. Then they'll expertly guide you through breathwork techniques tailored to you or your group, helping you consciously reconnect with your breath.
Free Weekly Sessions Charlotte hosts two free 15-minute online sessions every Wednesday:

They offer both in-person and online guided breathwork, breathwork and ice bath sessions, and day or weekend retreats.

Ice Baths
Face the chaos of the ice — and find your calm within it.
Charlotte and/or Jamie will first guide you through a breathwork session to prepare your nervous system. After a full explanation of how it works (and plenty of group "horse stance"), you'll head to the ice bath — always optional, always listening to your body.
If you choose to go in, they'll guide you through finding stillness in the cold. The goal? A good time, not a long time — using the ice as a force for good in your life.
Self-Care Sunday A signature session: breathwork, ice bath, then tea and homemade cake. The perfect reset.

Movement
Charlotte and Jamie are strength, conditioning and movement coaches with 10+ years of experience. They'll help you get stronger, more mobile, and improve your overall health and wellbeing — sustainably.
With their holistic approach and deep understanding of the mind, body and nervous system, they'll train you in a way that prepares you for your future while protecting you now.

The delivery was done in a way that everyone had an opportunity to speak during the EFT part (if they so wished) without being judged, to acknowledge their emotions, to feel their feelings, and to share with all (again, if they so wished). The breathwork part was very powerful. Your voice was kind yet assertive, and the background music was beautiful and at a volume that allowed me to clearly hear your guidance. I liked that we had the opportunity to chat to others at the end. On a personal level, I felt respected, heard, acknowledged, and supported all the way. I left with open wounds (they needed to be opened) but also with the clarity needed to heal them. And for that, I am very grateful to you.”

Charlotte’s approach is always caring and mindful to everyone’s needs, without judgement.
We started off with a fantastic breathing session and then we bravely conquered the ice-bath, we were then rewarded with a lovely mindful walk taking in the sounds and sights of nature in silence. To finish off the day we had a Restorative Yoga session. If you get a chance to join in the next one, I cannot recommend it enough. Oh! and also a delicious healthy lunch!”
