“I breathe everyday? So why do I need to go to a Breathwork teacher?!”

The exact words I said 5 years ago when Charlotte suggested we go on 4 day retreat to the Cliffs of Moher to do breathwork and ice baths. Those 4 days changed us!!

We had had a family tragedy and I was loosing myself, but the breath and ice found me again!

I became a Master Breathwork Teacher & Ice Bath teacher with The Blissful Breath Academy in Ireland, so not only can I further my practise and skills but share with people the tools necessary that helped me, so they too can find calm and deal with anxiety and the stresses of everyday life.

Master Breathwork Teachers

We are so proud to say we are Master Breathwork Teachers - we completed our training at the end of 2025. After 2 years of training with The Blissful Breath Academy we graduated as Masters!!

However, our training doesn’t stop there, if anything, this is just the beginning.

In order to be a compassionate breathwork teacher, we need to continue to uphold the foundations of our teachings and we have 3 obligations set by Niall that we must all follow…

1 - Explore all types of breathing - there are so many types of breathwork in the World, there is something for everyone, by continuing to explore it keeps us open to the vast array available, which means constant learning and exploration for the future, for us and those we guide.

2 - Practise deeply - we can only guide as far as we have been, it is essential we continue to practise, and practise on a deep level, to experience and experiment for ourselves, but to understand where others can get to also. How amazing to be gifted breathwork homework for life!

3 - Share what you learn - breathwork is life changing, in small or big ways, it can calm you down, it can help bring clarity in turbulent times, it can ease suffering, it can improve health, it can bring you closer to those you love (and even those you don’t like), by understanding the huge transformation we ourselves have experienced we must continue to share this, with others, and our fellow teachers, so the ripple can keep spreading.
