Journey to your breath

Six week workshop learning about breathwork and helping equip you with a variety of tools to manage and prevent stress, supporting you to wards building a daily breathwork practise to anchor you through life.

Our life starts with a breath and we take our final breath as we leave - how we breathe in between will shape our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

This workshop is run in person and due to its popularity and success it is now running online (over zoom).

Join Charlotte for 6 consecutive weeks of learning with homework to help you to embed your practise and then 4 weeks later to check in and breathe together again.
